Received a call purporting to be from my bank’s security team, alleging some odd activity on my card. Was prompted to press either 1 or 2. However, when I dialled the number, all I got was a constant beeping sound, followed by a message stating that the number was unrecognised. Strangely, there was no identification of which bank or card they were referring to. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
