I got a call from someone claiming they were from BT security saying my internet account was at risk and hackers were trying to get in. When I asked which team they were with, as if I worked there too (which I don’t), they just hung up. This is definitely a scam! Don’t follow their instructions, or they could end up controlling your internet and potentially your bank details as well. Stay careful!
