My sister received a rather peculiar call today from some chaps purporting to be from ICF, a company that appears to be entirely fictitious. They claimed they were reaching out to assist with a car break incident. Now, my sister, quite sensibly pointed out that she doesn’t even possess a vehicle. This seemed to flummox them, prompting them to start inquiring about other family members instead. Oddly enough, they seemed to know her name. So, I do advise exercising caution when dealing with this number.

The caller began firing questions at me regarding car accidents and my address, yet he skirted around providing any answers himself. I requested to speak to his manager since he hadn't clarified his identity or the purpose of the call. In response, he shouted for someone named 'Nas'-at least that's what I think I heard-and then, rather abruptly, the line went dead. It felt distinctly like a scam of some kind. I've come across information suggesting that they might be manipulating local numbers to mask their true origin. I’d advise anyone to exercise caution and be reluctant to share personal details with strangers on the phone.
