I kept getting calls from someone who sounded like they were from Liverpool, probably some accident insurance claim firm. At first, they rang me from an 0845 number, which I just ignored. Later, the same voice popped up calling from a local 01922 number, which made it feel even more like a hassle. In the end, I had to block the number to stop it all.

I reckon this Direct Solutions outfit is a total joke. I got a bloke on the line who was extremely rude and acted all high and mighty. They ring me up, and instead of explaining who they were, started grilling me about who I was, even shouting when I didn’t say yes to the name they gave. When I kept asking for their identity, they just refused to answer and then abruptly ended the call. Proper unprofessional behaviour, if you ask me.
