Got a really grim voicemail claiming to be BT warning my service was in danger of being disconnected. The voice sounded really eerie and kept telling me to ring this 'technical team' number. Definitely sounds like a scam to me. I ended the call pretty quickly and would not consider calling that number for anything. I've received this call a few times already and this time I’m planning to report it straight to Ofcom.
