I opted not to take part in the survey this chap was trying to push on me. He mentioned he was representing a company named Beneficial. Quite frankly, I've never come across that name before!

Had no clue who was calling, they didn't leave any message either.

Got a missed call but no voicemail, which is a bit suspect. A legit company would usually leave a message with their info. I rang back and was met with a robotic voice saying GBS trading as Advantage and Beneficial. Looks like another dodgy number tied to scammers. Best to avoid answering these calls as they try to run surveys just to grab your personal details. Blocked the number and won’t be dealing with it again.

Got a call from someone saying they were 'Beneficial'. Not sure if it was a phishing attempt, but definitely wasn’t helpful at all. When I mentioned GDPR rules, they just ended the call straight away. I’ve gone ahead and blocked the number now.
