I played the fool for a solid four minutes before they finally threw in the towel. I must say, it was quite the entertaining experience at their expense! I reckon it's best to handle all these callers in the same manner. I typically wrap up such conversations with a cheeky remark, “If I’m interested, I’ll reach out myself, thanks!”

i told them in writing to quit phoning, texting, and emailing me but they just keep going. they don't seem to care about FCA guidelines, keep harassing and bullying me. even though i have a dmp set up and they are getting payments regularly, they just keep on ignoring all of that.
