I got a call from someone saying they were with O2, trying to pitch some credit deal. Funny thing is, I’d already had a bunch of random texts late the night before from the same number. Proper annoying really.

I got a call claiming to be from O2 offering a new SIM deal with no credit check. Since I actually work in a call centre and am already with O2, I decided to play along just to hear their sales pitch. First, I spoke to someone who said they were a “senior agent,” but then they put me through to another “senior agent” who didn’t seem to know I was already an O2 customer. After that, they asked for my full card number and other sensitive bank details for a credit check, even though they’d said no check was required. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.

Got calls from people of Asian background pushing fake phone deals and loan offers that said no credit checks needed. It’s been sketchy from the start. Now I’m actually taking legal steps against EE because they sold me rubbish and leaked my info to these scams. Total nightmare.

They claimed to be calling from 02, talking about a monthly plan with no credit check involved. Then they asked if I was on pay as you go, which felt a bit dodgy. I decided to just end the call.

They kept trying to convince me I was with O2 and started talking about payments even though I’m not a customer. I just refused to share anything and ended the call right away.
