I received a call from this number claiming to be from Amazon, urging me to either renew or cancel my Prime membership-press 1 to respond, they said. Since I don’t have an Amazon Prime account, I realised straight away that it’s a dodgy scam. Plus, 0191 numbers tend to rack up quite a bill, so no thank you!
