1 yearSome call centre kept talking so I just ended the call before he even got to the point.1 yearI keep getting calls from some "Policy Protect" lot claiming they want to review my life insurance, but when I looked them up, there’s no record of such a company anywhere. Been quite a pain trying to make them stop ringing. If I say I don’t have life insurance, they switch straight to trying to sell me something. But if I say I do, the lady on the phone gets all condescending and pushy, moaning “why wouldn’t you let me check it out?” It’s so aggressive. They’ll argue, talk over you and treat you like you’re daft. They get really rude whenever I say no or ask for their details. It's like they think you’re thick or something, with a oddly hostile tone. I’ve told them repeatedly to stop calling, at least five times, but they just keep ringing. It’s beyond annoying.1 yearGot a call from one number, it just rang once and ended. Then, right after that, a different number did the same thing, ringing only once too.
