Yet again, one of my internet companies rings me up saying they’re about to disconnect my service. They don’t really have to do that, Virgin does it all the time and I’m pretty familiar with it by now. Normally I’d just stay silent and let them give up, but this time I actually said something. Took a bit of time for my friends and family to get used to me not answering or saying a word when the phone rings, but I think it’s a tactic that works.
