Had a call from an Asian lady saying "Morning ma'am, this is BT." There was a slight pause when I picked up before she spoke, which always makes me wary. I just said "No, you're not," and she quickly cut off. I’m pretty sure it was a scam - probably one of those trying to say someone’s using my internet or offering to fix a ‘computer issue’. Felt dodgy right from the start. A few days earlier, I got a similar call from 01543 426304. This time, it was an Asian guy telling me someone was using my internet. When I questioned him, he ended the call pretty sharpish.
