So, I got this call with a robotic voice that sounded like some posh bloke who'd had one too many, telling me my phone line was about to be cut off - again! They said to hit 1 if I wanted to speak to the tech team and 'sort things out'. Total load of rubbish, clearly a dodgy scam.
