My phone just stopped the call before it even rang. So I tried calling back, but I got this voicemail saying "the mailbox is full and can’t take any more messages." How does a business get away with that?! Totally feels like a scam to me!!

Got a call, I picked up and they asked if I was Miss --------- (not my last name). I didn’t say yes or no. I then asked where they were calling from. They got quite rude and said I had to prove who I was first. I told them I wasn’t obliged to do that and then they just hung up on me.
