Really unpleasant energy firm on the phone today. I explained that my Manager isn’t taking any calls until he’s ready to go over our agreement with a different provider, but the caller kept insisting they’d been specifically told to get in touch (which they definitely hadn’t). Seems like they don’t mind stretching the truth. When we do consider renewing, these lot will be the absolute last we contact because of their pushy and rude manner. They just wouldn’t accept a straightforward no and kept going on and on until I had no choice but to end the call. Absolutely blocked now.

Got a call from some Irish guy trying to push energy deals on me, wouldn’t accept a simple no. Proper persistent!

Got a call from some bloke with a proper cockney accent, couldn’t say his ‘R’s right, hawking some energy deal. Didn't wanna listen when I said no. Just ended up blocking the number!

Got a call from some green energy firm the other day. When I told the guy we weren't interested and asked him to take our info off their list, he just wouldn't do it. He kept insisting he needed to talk to a Director. I said no and repeated my request to stop calling us. He flat out refused and even said he'd keep ringing. So I warned him I'd just block the number. Honestly, it was a really rude and pushy salesman, and I wouldn’t deal with that company at all!
