This company has been ringing us over and over, even though we've explained loads of times that the account holder for the energy has already sorted the renewal and won’t be answering their calls. I’ve tried being really polite, asking them to stop ringing, told them we're not interested and to leave us alone, but they just keep calling!

I got a call about industrial hearing testing and they had my name right, but the address they gave was an old one I used to live at. Felt like it might be some kind of spam, so I hung on, expecting them to push some dodgy sale or scam. In the end, they just said sorry and that was that.

Kept refusing to say which company she was from even after I asked loads of times. Was really rude and had some info totally wrong. She just wouldn’t get that I wasn’t the right person, kept asking if I’d had some sort of accident or if I had an industrial job. After I pressed her again about who she was representing, she finally hung up.
