Just a heads up, there’s some dodgy people pretending to be from BT trying to get into your computer. I had a woman on the phone saying my router was reporting problems to BT, asked me to open the CMD prompt. I told her I’d call BT myself, then she suddenly hung up. Definitely don’t let anyone talk you into doing that sort of thing!
