6 monthsI got a call saying it was about my electricity renewal, but honestly, that’s just not true! They’re definitely fibbing about that.4 yearsI blocked the number but they just kept ringing back anyway. Really annoying!4 yearsBeen getting loads of annoying calls all about some old PPI claims I supposedly made. Really frustrating!5 yearsToday, around midday on 7/10/21, I got a call from a woman saying she was ringing from a hearing clinic in Kingston Park. She wanted to know why I hadn’t replied to an appointment letter they supposedly sent me and asked me to confirm if I’d be going to it. She kept pressing for information about my previous employers but wouldn’t say where they’d got my details from or who arranged the appointment. I told her it seemed like a scam and I don’t share personal info with strangers ringing out of the blue. She called me rude, said it was my loss if I didn’t want the money, then abruptly ended the call.Kingston Park6 yearsI got a call about some compensation I was supposedly owed for working in the industry, they even had my old address and everything. But when I told them to delete my info from their records and asked for their full company name and details, they just cut me off. Proper dodgy behaviour if you ask me.6 yearsAs soon as I picked up, they just disconnected.6 yearsSomebody called me asking if I’d done any work in a factory or maybe served in the army. I wanted to know who it was, but they just asked the question again like I hadn’t caught it the first time. When I queried how they got my number, they just said, “Never mind - we don’t need you then,” and then just ended the call. The voice was weird, kinda like Daffy Duck, and I think it was a woman, but I can’t say for sure.Daffy Duck6 yearsThe moment I picked up, they just ended the call straight away.Submit Your Own Report (0191 816 2831)
