From what I know, you normally won’t find any 0191 numbers starting with 816 right after the area code. I’ve seen a few beginning with 371, 372, 373, even 382, 383, 388 and so on, but never 816. Not sure where that comes from.

I picked up the phone, and to my surprise, it was a lady speaking in a Yorkshire accent. She inquired if I was Mr. **** *** and extended an invitation for me to join a meeting with contractors at Bewick Court in Newcastle. The focus of the meeting would be to address concerns and grievances that I, along with other tenants, have regarding the contractors' work. Interestingly, they didn't ask for any payment or any kind of ID-just my name, which they requested as soon as I greeted them on the phone.
