Got a call on my mobile from someone who somehow knew my first name. I told them to call back later when I was free, coz I was busy using the landline to ring the doctor's surgery. Pretty sure it’s just some scammer trying to push stuff on me though.

When I check the caller info, there’s still an option to unblock them, so I’m not sure why the block isn’t working properly. Sounds like they’re pushing to get customers to switch their utility providers, going as far as promising to cover the fees if we move over to them.
