I haven’t a clue who this person is, yet they somehow knew my name, which is a bit unsettling. I suspect it might be related to Property Maintenance, but I’m not entirely certain. I've gone ahead and blocked yet another number-I'm really getting fed up with this! It's making me anxious about picking up the phone whenever an unknown number pops up.
