Got a call about energy stuff, someone saying we’re already signed up and to take us off their list. They just kept going despite me saying we’re locked into a contract. Like, how do you think that’s gonna go? They provide both gas and electric so it’s not like it’s gonna just quit. I had to say three times for them to stop calling. They kept saying they were told to ring us. Finally, they said they’d send an email instead.

Had a really unpleasant woman call asking for the person who handles our energy bills. I told her they weren't available and offered to take a message, but she got quite snappy and rude, so I just ended the call. They've called a couple of times already, and honestly, I’m not even going to bother picking up if they ring again.

Got a call from a woman at "True" saying it was just a 'courtesy call', but then she let slip they were actually calling every church nearby. Typical cold call trying to sell or broker energy contracts. We get bombarded with these calls almost every day, always from different phone numbers.
