Sounds dodgy to me, got a call like this claiming to be from some health office or admin team. They wanted to know my name and said I needed a health check. I told them I'd double check with my GP first, but my doctor said they never booked anything with them. Reported the number straight away. The woman on the phone called herself Joan or something like that.

Has anyone else been getting calls from 0191 814 7436 claiming they’re from Admin Health, telling you it’s time for a health check or blood test? I got one and even booked an appointment, but when I phoned my GP surgery, they said they hadn’t arranged anything. It’s left me really puzzled because my doctors said they wouldn’t ask for my address over the phone since they already have it recorded. If you get a call like that, I’d say hang up and call your GP directly. Make sure to save the number, ask the caller’s name and where they’re from, and jot it down. I reckon they might be pulling numbers from sites like Gumtree, just by clicking a button. Be careful out there!

It's not a scam or spam at all... I got a call from the doctor's office, they were returning my call to set up an appointment. When I phoned them back to confirm, they verified everything was legit. Sorry, I've just been getting loads of dodgy calls recently, mostly from people fishing for info after seeing my number on Gumtree ads. Still, best to stay cautious.
