However, they insist on obtaining my personal information and requiring a £40 deposit, which they promise is refundable, in order to secure this “brand-new” device. I'm quite hesitant about sharing any of my details over the phone, yet they persistently press for them. I’m left wondering if this is some sort of scam, as I’m puzzled by the fact that I haven’t yet provided any address for them to deliver a phone to.
