The person claimed to be from the "Life Insurance Department" and wanted to discuss my life insurance. I mentioned a policy that had already matured. He then suggested he could provide better conditions. After saying he needed to check with a colleague, the call dragged on for a bit before it abruptly ended. Just a heads-up, if you decide to switch policies, make sure you’re not losing any hidden perks from your old one.

Someone rang me up and called me by a fake name I’d made up ages ago when dealing with a random cold caller. My number’s definitely on the TPS list.
