Got a call from someone claiming to be with BT tech support. Kept calling me "ma'am" over and over. I told him if he was legit, he’d use my name and wouldn’t get annoyed when I asked if he really was who he said. He replied that he couldn't say my name as all calls are recorded. I asked him to just send me an email or letter instead. He kept going on about "but ma'am…" and it just didn’t sit right with me - seemed pretty suspect.
