We've had numerous calls from Callum concerning energy pricing offers. Even after making it clear, time and again, that we're not keen on engaging in further discussions as a business, he persists in reaching out. His tendency to talk over you during the conversation and his attempts to lecture us about our existing commitments come across as quite condescending, which is not only unhelpful but also rather infuriating.

Got a call earlier today from someone asking for the Director by name. I explained that he's off sick for an unknown amount of time and ended the chat there. Then, this bloke had the nerve to ring back a few times - funny thing was, sometimes it even showed our own number on the caller ID, which I reckon cold callers sometimes fake. When I finally picked up again, he actually accused me of being rude for hanging up on him! Honestly, these sorts of calls are just such a waste of time and really annoying.

got another call from that sunderland energy place again! i’ve learnt that if the phone number starts with 0191, it’s definitely them ringing. they’re kinda annoying and pushy, so i just said cheers, goodbye and dropped the call. honestly, that’s how you gotta handle these pest calls.

This guy called asking for the one in charge of energy stuff, but when I told him we've already sorted it out, he just hung up on me. Proper rude, that.
