They kept ringing me up, demanding to speak to the director without really saying what it was about, just mentioning they’re from DBG. After quite a few calls, they finally spilled the beans about wanting to talk over ETII and CCA exceptions. When I wasn’t interested, they just slung the phone down. Honestly, if that’s how they behave, I wouldn’t consider dealing with them even if I wanted to. My tip? Let them hang about and waste their own time.

I received a call that claimed to be from DBG about my energy bills. I'm not entirely convinced it was the real deal, so I decided to terminate the call. Better to be safe than sorry!
