I’m utterly fed up with these brainless spam callers. More often than not, all you get is dead air, as they’ve got legions of numbers on those auto-diallers, hoping to either hound unsuspecting folks or validate a live number so they can hand it off to other spammers for a pretty penny. It's quite straightforward, really. If someone genuinely needs to chat about something significant, they’ll either drop a message or shoot you a text. Your nearest and dearest have your details, after all, so it’s scarcely likely they’d be the culprit, is it? And if it happens to be a legitimate business trying to get in touch, rest assured they’ll leave a voicemail instead.
