They are complete fools and incredibly impolite individuals that you will encounter. I kindly requested them multiple times to remove my number from their records and cease calling me. I have received a staggering 11 calls in the past two days, and their replies were absolute nonsense coming from the gentleman who answered the phone. I should have obtained his full name and asked for it. Afterwards, I located him on Facebook and made the journey to Tyneside. FRAUD ALERT! FRAUD ALERT! Beware! These scammers are making unsolicited marketing calls to gather information in order to switch utility companies. They falsely claim to have obtained your details from a company that has confirmation of your consent to be contacted - what a load of rubbish! The truth is, they are just another fraudulent call center that has somehow managed to get their hands on people's personal information. It's clear that they lack any sort of customer service training or etiquette. Would you believe it? I've already had the misfortune of receiving eleven calls from them today!

This number has called me multiple times a day, but I’ve never answered it. They never leave a voicemail either. When I tried returning the call with my number hidden, it just rang once before cutting off. It’s annoying how often they keep ringing. Also, I spotted that the last few digits keep changing slightly - sometimes it ends with 5260, other times 5261, 62, 63, 64, and today it was 01916915265 around 10:45 in the morning. I’ve finally blocked the number to see if that puts an end to these persistent calls. Fingers crossed it works!
