What an absolute nightmare dealing with these lot! I politely told them several times to remove my number from their list and to stop ringing me - I had over 10 calls in just a couple of days. The bloke who picked up the phone was so disrespectful, gave me the daftest excuses. These lot keep ringing me out of the blue, trying to fish for info to push utility switches.
They say they got my info from a firm that supposedly confirmed I agreed to be contacted. Total rubbish! The reality is they're just another scam call centre using people's data to get leads. Complete numpties with zero training in customer service.

This number has called me multiple times a day, but I’ve never answered it. They never leave a voicemail either. When I tried returning the call with my number hidden, it just rang once before cutting off. It’s annoying how often they keep ringing. Also, I spotted that the last few digits keep changing slightly - sometimes it ends with 5260, other times 5261, 62, 63, 64, and today it was 01916915265 around 10:45 in the morning. I’ve finally blocked the number to see if that puts an end to these persistent calls. Fingers crossed it works!
