I received an unexpected phone call from a chap with a rather questionable Asian accent. He wanted me to indulge him with a few quick questions, including verifying my name and address, as well as inquiring if I was under the age of 79. Suspecting he was up to no good and attempting to gather personal data, I promptly decided to cut the conversation short.

He mentioned something like “nationwide” but wasn’t very clear. The line was really static-y and I could barely make out what he was saying. He also asked if I was satisfied with my bank, which seemed odd.
