I had the displeasure of dealing with a rather unpleasant woman who informed me, rather curtly, that we had received emails and letters regarding the necessity of certain actions, given that we operate under a business meter. She was so exasperating that I ultimately decided to end the call. Quite infuriating, really!

she's ringin me up loads of times and just doesn't get the hint to stop. honestly, so impolite. told her straight we’d get into trouble if we follow her demands, but i’m pretty sure the bosses know how things work round here! she spent just under 10 seconds on the phone yet managed to be super rude and annoying. such a nightmare to deal with!

Just had a ring from this Donna, what a nightmare, proper rude with hardly any clue about having a proper job. If she rings you, let her go on forever about how you’re costing her loads with your electricity usage - apparently it’s a big deal for her phone bill! I reckon just keep her chatting as long as you can to stop her bothering anyone else. My record so far is 3 minutes 50 seconds, who’s up for beating that? Bring it on!
