Hello everyone, Just a heads-up! I submitted an enquiry on the My Claim Helpline site and on the 13th of May 2022, I received a flurry of calls from the number 01916221663, claiming to be representatives of My Claim Helpline. I firmly declined to provide any of my personal details. During our conversation, I recounted an incident involving medical negligence, but after hanging on for a rather tedious 15 minutes, they abruptly cut the call. They rang me again, insisting they would connect me to a solicitor, but I found myself waiting for more than three minutes without any progress. I decided to end the call and promptly blocked the number, just to be on the safe side!
