Received a call from this number saying they were from Ofcom and claimed there was fraud on our internet, threatening to cut us off. It was an automated message. We tried ringing both Virgin and Ofcom back but no one picked up. After sitting through about 25 minutes of menu options, we had to give up. Luckily, our internet is still working for now.
