When I rang them back, a voice said it was ALLAY, but every agent was busy with other calls.

I got a call from a lady with a Chinese accent. She said I’d completed some kind of survey and wanted to chat about it. Honestly, I wasn’t sure what she was going on about, maybe she was fishing for certain answers or trying to get something recorded, but it was all a bit confusing.
