It is almost certainly from the so-called "Energy Team", an MLM that has countless cooperatives calling from numerous numbers and hiding behind "environmental action" while trying to make up revenue from the gap between energy suppliers they offer to customers. I don't know how to get rid of them; they call me every day for at least a year, unsolicited and relentlessly!
