I received a rather peculiar phone call from a woman claiming she was reaching out about a PPI refund. The thing is, I was far too young to have ever been involved with PPI when it all began. I attempted to clarify this little detail, but she swiftly cut me off and seemed keen to terminate the conversation. Quite baffling, really!

On 17/11/71 I got a call from this number on my mobile but I never picked up since I don’t usually answer if I don’t recognise the caller.
