got a mobile bill from virgin dated 11/12/2017 usually it’s about £5 but this time it had a £90 charge for a call made on 14/11/2017 at 11:11 lasting three hours! we were out all day from 8:50am, at the doctor and then shopping, and our phone was with us the whole time. ive had dodgy calls from them before and just ignored them but how did this even happen? watch out for these lot!

A lady with an Indian accent called, asked if she could speak to me by name but her accent was so thick I couldnt make out what she was saying. She mentioned a company Ive never heard of, so I just ended the call.
