Each time I've asked to speak to a supervisor because I wanted my info taken off their list. One time, the person on the line just started laughing, then passed me on to another bloke who seemed proper at first but then cracked up too before passing me back to the original caller. He kept giggling, so I called him out on being really unprofessional, and then he simply hung up.
