I got a call from 0191 6712243 about some accident claim help, but they refused to share any info about who they were. I even asked where they were based, and one of the people on the line snapped saying it wasn’t my concern. When I tried to find out how they got my details, they just wouldn’t say. Quite suspicious if you ask me.

It’s not actually based around the north east even though the number looks local. They could be from anywhere like Manchester, Liverpool, Edinburgh or London. It’s one of those accident compensation firms just ringing to drum up clients.
