so my elderly neighbour, she’s 88 and lives down south here in england, rang me the other day but on my caller ID it showed a weird number that definitely wasn’t her usual landline. then, a bit later on that morning, my mobile lit up with the same number. i didn’t pick it up cause it seemed dodgy, plus she doesn’t even have my mobile number. curious, i called the number back from my landline, and to my surprise, it was my neighbour who picked up. i’m really baffled - does anyone know how this is even possible?

Got a call from someone claiming to be from Honda in Derby. I noticed the area code was from the north east, which seemed odd since Derby is nowhere near there. I asked them about it and then they just hung up!

Yesterday I got a call from a number ending in 360, the person said they were from Vauxhall in Crewe. I didn't pick up and have now blocked that number.
