So I got a text that looked like it was from Vertu Honda, saying something about important info regarding my Honda and a number to call 0191 66700097. I rang Vertu’s official number to check and they told me those messages and calls aren’t from them at all. It’s clearly a phishing scam trying to get valid numbers to bother. Seriously, steer clear of it.

They've contacted me multiple times throughout the year and always leave a voicemail, but the start of the message is cut off. I’ve got no clue who they are or what on earth they're after!

Like always, they didn’t bother to leave a message. Bet it’s just some dodgy scam caller.

This number keeps calling me daily and I have no idea who it is, so I just ignore it.

I got two calls from the same number on consecutive days, but I didn’t pick up as it wasn’t a number I recognised.

She said she found my number through WeChat and needed to ask some questions for her own safety. I just ended the call straight away. Shortly after, I got a message threatening to track my phone and do something bad. I've gone ahead and reported this number to the police.

I called the number back but got some recorded voice saying "please wait while we put you through to someone on the team" and then just that annoying elevator music. They never even told me who I was actually speaking to, so to be safe from any dodgy business, I just ended the call.
