I picked up the phone only to hear a voice blaring away, “Greetings, I’m…” but they were chatting at such a rapid pace that I couldn’t grasp a single word. So, I asked, “Excuse me, could you clarify who you are? You seem to be speaking a bit too quickly for me.” The response came back, a jumble of words about “European business” and something regarding a “satisfaction guarantee,” but it didn’t really make any sense. I managed to interject, “Am I actually one of your customers?” To which the speaker replied, “I’m clearly trying to explain, aren't I? Fine, I’ll just let you off!” and promptly disconnected the call. I was left utterly baffled, thinking, “What on earth just happened?”

I had a rather disappointing experience with EE, as they claimed to have some really enticing business rates up for grabs. Honestly, it felt like a total sham. I’d advise you to give them a wide berth!
