I picked up the phone and this person just started talking so quickly I couldn’t catch a single thing. I asked, “Sorry, who’s this? You’re speaking really fast...” Then they muttered something about EU business and some kind of satisfaction guarantee, but it was all a bit of a muddle. I said, “Wait, am I one of your customers?” but they just snapped back, “I’m explaining, aren’t I? Fine, I’ll let you go!” and then they hung up abruptly. I was left thinking, “What on earth was that all about?”

Got a call from EE claiming they offered some great business rates, but it felt like a complete rip-off. Definitely avoid them if you don't want to get stung.
