I had a rather dodgy encounter with a lady who had an Asian accent, claiming to be from BT. She insisted that my router was on the blink and that my IP had been hacked. It was all quite fishy, particularly since I don’t even use BT in the first place! She pressed me to download some app by following her meticulous instructions. No doubt in my mind, she was attempting to con me!

Had a phone call from a guy saying he was from BT and wanted me to do some stuff he told me. I was suspicious straight away since I don't have any BT account or anything with them. Pretty sure it was a scam.
