This number popped up again, sounds like Allay or something similar. They messaged saying they helped with PPI claims but it’s a load of rubbish, they haven’t done anything for us. Looks like a dodgy scam just trying to grab a cut of any PPI you might get. Their details seemed right but we never signed up with them, so we just blocked the calls.

Alay Claims, ive been waiting on a PPI cheque that still aint turned up. Rang them loads of times to explain what’s going on, and I’m not paying anything till I get that cheque. They keep ringing me non stop which is really annoying. I just hope the cheque shows soon cos I’ve always paid my bills with them when i actually won a claim before.

It’s Allay Claims ringing me pretty much every day, bit annoying. For me it’s just those automated messages cos they sorted my PPI claim and now want their fee, but I haven’t even banked the cheque yet. So I’m stuck getting calls constantly till I sort it out, but I’m self isolating at the moment.

I've been inundated with an increasing number of calls of this nature lately. Whenever I pick up, there's a frustrating silence that stretches on for about 10 to 15 seconds before someone claims to be from a “debt” firm, or they simply cut the line. When I try calling back, I find I'm blocked from dialling that number. It's been happening far too frequently, and I’ve had quite enough of it!

I was almost tricked, to be honest... They gathered my name, address, and date of birth, but then it struck me that this wasn’t the same organisation I’d been in touch with previously. The caller started rattling on about the FCA and whatnot, but I decided to hang up before it escalated any further. It’s a right stroke of luck I didn’t have any money involved; things could have gone sideways pretty quickly!

ALLAY (PPI) keep ringing me and leaving voicemails on my home phone about some payment they say I owe. I’ve no idea who they are or what services they think I’ve used! I’ve looked up the number to find out who they are and blocked it. I’ve reported this to OFCOM and the ICO as well. Tried calling back but it’s just automated messages every time.

Got a call from a number I didn’t know, so I just let it ring. They left a voicemail but most of it was just silence, then some sort of recording started.
