The woman on the line was persistent about discussing my loft insulation, despite my repeated insistence that I had no intentions of updating it, especially since I'd never even had a loft survey done. I asked her several times to take my information off her list, but she completely disregarded me. When I finally told her I was busy at work and requested again that she not contact me again, she just replied, "I’ll ring you back later," before abruptly ending the call.
