This is absolutely shocking. I've been harrassed and verbally attacked by this number, and honestly, it should be against the law. They kept ringing about an accident I supposedly had months ago, and when I wouldn’t share any details, the bloke on the other end started shouting nasty things at me, kept calling me 'love', and it actually upset me to the point of tears. I then tried to reach out to a manager to complain, but the person who answered was just as terrible and ended up hanging up on me! Yesterday alone, I got called at least seven times. When I mentioned this to the rudest bloke ever, he just shrugged it off and said, “is that my problem then?” What a load of rubbish.
