Completely appalling. I've endured some dreadful harassment from this number, and it's high time someone took action against it. They reached out concerning an incident I had a while back, and when I declined to share any details, the chap on the other end unleashed a torrent of vitriol. To make matters worse, he referred to me as ‘love’ and genuinely left me in tears. When I attempted to escalate the situation and speak with a manager, I was met with another rude individual who quite literally cut the line on me! They bombarded me with seven calls yesterday alone, and when I relayed this to the most discourteous person imaginable, his curt response was, "is that my issue?" Absolutely ridiculous.

I've received a bothersome call from a firm trying to persuade me to file a fraudulent claim regarding a car accident. Just a word of warning to everyone - stay vigilant!
