On a Friday afternoon, this number tried reaching me while my phone was on silent since I was in a meeting, so I missed the call. Later, I checked my voicemail but there was nothing there. I called back during regular working hours and let it ring for well over 20 times, but nobody picked up. Plus, it seems like this number doesn’t have voicemail set up, so it was impossible to figure out who was trying to get in touch.
