I looked into this number and can confirm it's definitely a scam!

I received a call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming to be from BT, insisting that my router had been infected with a virus. I didn't want to entertain it any longer, so I ended the call rather abruptly. Just a tad suspicious, if you ask me.
