They never actually mentioned my bank’s name but claimed there were two suspicious charges on my account from places I supposedly hadn’t shopped at before. One was a £300 charge from Amazon and the other was a hefty £1,100 from some International Financial Company. They told me to press 1 if I didn’t recognise these transactions.
